The June Costco Connection magazine has an article about celiac disease, plus some information on the GF products they carry. Check it out, and let them know we appreciate their efforts to meet the needs of the GF community. (Plus, their high standards for Kirkland products, and their return policy -- I LOVE Costco!)
Now, if they’d only not mix GF and non-GF items in one bundle, I’d really be excited – like some of the variety packs of soups, noodle dishes, etc. We can eat most, but not all of the pack. So, we don't buy them -- just stare and sigh. Perhaps if we ask them . . . ?)
Next time you shop at COSTCO, make a note about the items you'd buy IF ONLY all of the boxes/cans/packages bundled together were GLUTEN FREE, instead of mixed.
I'm going to start my list tomorrow -- want to share yours? I'll put them together and see what happens.
